- C&B 3oz rare breed beef burger with onion compote

- Thai-spiced tiger prawn skewer with coconut, chilli and spring onion
- Portobello mushroom burger with rocket and sun-blush pepper tapenade (v)

- Marinated vegetable and paneer skewer (v)
- Paprika-spiced king prawn with smoked chilli jam
- Middle Eastern spiced chicken breast skewer with cumin and garlic dip
- English leg of lamb and new potato skewer with mint dressing
- Mini Scottish rib-eye steak sandwich with roasted red onion, watercress and grain mustard
- Portobello mushroom burger with rocket and sun-blush pepper tapenade (v)

- Tiger prawn & rump steak skewer with chervil, lemon and shallot butter
- Cider-marinated Tamworth pork, apple and sage skewer
- Teriyaki chicken and asparagus skewer
- Soy-mirin glazed tuna steak with wasabi mayonnaise
- Spiced Devon lamb cutlet with a redcurrant and rosemary glaze
