The Royal Exchange, opened by Queen Victoria in 1844, is a national monument and Grade 1 listed building. The bar itself is set out on two levels, with the cosy upstairs room available to hire out for exclusive use. During winter months this bar has a warm, homely feel while during the summer everyone pours outside, where there is additional seating, in order to soak up the sun!
