Companies are invited to enter teams of two by completing the form below and may enter more than one team. Playing equipment is provided. Teams will be advised by post or email, of all fixture games. Closing date for all entries is Friday 8th May 2009 and as places are limited, entry is on a first come first served basis.

To cover administrative expenses there is a £50 entry fee per team with £15 from each entry donated to Corney & Barrow’s nominated charity for 2009.
