Our sirloin steak is specially selected from Limousin-sired cattle, reared
on the lush grasslands of Scotland. Limousin beef is prized for its succulence
and full flavour, and the Corney & Barrow sirloin is matured on the bone
for 28 days before being meticulously prepared for us by our London-based butchers.
This extra hanging time brings out the maximum flavour and ensures that each
piece of meat is beautifully tender.
