We are always looking for talented, hard working Head Chefs,
Sous Chefs, Chef de Partie and assistants for our 11 London
bars. Our food business is growing and we are increasingly
focused on and committed to high quality dishes that reflect
the seasons and availability of local produce. Our emphasis
is on classic British culinary traditions - our C&B Cumberland
sausage and mash is practically a City institution in itself!
